A portion of Bloor St. east of Harmony Rd. in Oshawa was closed yesterday following a collision that involved a transit bus and a flatbed tow truck. The crash occurred near Armada Ct. at around 4pm, and Bloor was shut down between Grandview and Harmony for several hours as a result. Durham Regional Police say five people were taken to hospital, but there were no details on any injuries. The bus sustained extensive damage.
