Budget discussions will resume in Uxbridge in the coming weeks. Township of Uxbridge Mayor Dave Barton says the Township has been waiting to hear how much the Province is going to allocate to Uxbridge as part of its Ontario Municipal Partnership fund. The annual transfer payment has been held up by reviews at Queen's Park. Mayor Barton says the township will fund infrastructure and that includes converting 10.4 kilometers of gravel roads to hard surfaces.
