Speed And Alcohol Factors In Fatal Crash

More details have been released following yesterday's early morning fatal collision on Toronto St. S. and Campbell Dr. in Uxbridge. A 45-year old man was pronounced dead after his southbound four-door Nissan struck a pole after mounting a curb just after midnight. He was found with vital signs absent. Police say speed and alcohol were both factors. The intersection reopened just after 5am once Durham Regional Police concluded their investigation.
