In Ajax, a teenager was shot and wounded near a Tim Horton's at Salem and Kingston Roads yesterday afternoon. According to reports he was shot in the leg, and four men were last seen leaving in a blue cube van travelling westbound on Kingston Road. The victim's injuries are believed to be non-life threatening. Durham Regional Police say a gun was recovered at the scene.
