Red Light Cameras Coming To Uxbridge

In response to concerns about traffic safety and the safety of pedestrians, the Region of Durham is backing a new program to provide red light cameras and photo radar. Township of Uxbridge Mayor Dave Barton says the intersection of Goodwood Rd. and Lakeridge Rd. is one of the key areas where traffic concerns will be addressed. A timeline has not been set yet for the installation of the cameras.
