Next week at this time, Uxbridge Township will have a new council in place. December 3rd the newly elected councilors, mayor, and regional representative will be sworn in. Outgoing mayor Pat Molloy told 105.5 HITS FM that it's been an honour to serve as a councilor, deputy mayor and mayor over the last eight years. He says council worked hard to prepare for the future by setting aside funds for future projects like the Uxpool. Regular council meetings will resume after swearing-ins on December 3rd.
