After several unexpected delays, Oshawa's first retail cannabis store opens for business this morning. Tokyo Smoke at 575 Laval Drive opens it's doors at 10am today, four months after new laws took effect permitting the sale of cannabis at retail locations in Ontario. Tokyo Smoke was one of the 25 applicants selected by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario to receive a license earlier this year. The store will offer over 100 strains of cannabis and related accessories and products.
