A man from Pickering is facing numerous charges after several women were videotaped at the Oshawa Centre. 53-year old Kevin Whyte is charged with five counts of voyeurism and criminal harassment; he was released on a promise to appear. Police would like to speak with the other women who may have been recorded at the Oshawa Centre between 11am and 2:30pm on Thursday February 14th; their descriptions can be found at www.drps.ca. Anyone with information is asked to call the Central East Division Criminal Investigations Bureau.
