The final chapter of an incredible story is coming to a close today for a young man from Uxbridge who took it upon himself to raise money for Durham Habitat for Humanity. 16-year old Josh Morrison is going to be swinging a hammer to put up a wall on the house he built. Josh was 12 when he started collecting pennies. His goal was to raise $100,000. He did better than that; in four years, he ended up raising more than $124,000. The new home is being built as part of a Durham Habitat Humanity development near the Oshawa Centre called Centretown. The 24-unit project was started in 2012.
