A small price dip at the pumps is expected today. Analysts say customers could see a drop of as much as five cents per litre as a result of the shift to cheaper, winter blend gas, and the Province's scrapping of the cap-and-trade tax. Uxbridge prices were at about $1.26/l this morning, $1.23 in Port Perry, and $1.23 in Beaverton. Diesel fell nearly seven cents per litre after refiners stopped charging the cap-and-trade tax last week.
