Don't Get Sick

With all the shopping, travelling and parties at this time of the year, your chances of catching or spreading the flu are much higher. Dr David Williams, Ontario's Chief Medical Officer of Health, says it doesn't take a lot to infect someone. Williams says it's not too late to get the flu vaccine and it looks like the flu vaccine is hitting the mark this year, but the flu season still has a long way to go. You can get a flu shot at participating pharmacies, your health care provider, or local public health unit.
