Date Set For Verdict In Sex Assault Case

A date has been set for a judge’s ruling in the case of a Whitby teacher accused of multiple counts of sexual misconduct involving students. On September 17th, Ontario Court Justice Marquis Felix will announce his decision in the trial of Thomas Grieve, who most recently taught elementary school at Robert Munsch Public School in Whitby. According to the indictment, Grieve is now accused of sexual assault and sexual interference against 15 children. He faces a total of 30 charges relating to sexual offences against people under the age of 16.
