Construction on the biggest project in the history of Uxbridge is underway. The official ground breaking is slated for tomorrow morning behind Coffee Time Donuts, but work is already underway on the $12 million project. Mike Wilson, co-coordinator of the Brock Street culvert replacement, says all precautions are undertaken before major work is started and that includes building inspections.
