A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man wanted for indecent exposure. 21-year old Quincy Pettifer-Cyrus of no fixed address is wanted in connection with two incidents this summer; he is also a suspect in three break-ins that occurred in Oshawa last month. The investigation began on July 26 when police say the suspect was seen exposing himself and committing an indecent act in the teen section of the Pickering Library.
