Two new hotels are expected to be coming to Ajax, and according to reports, they will provide more than 100 jobs combined. A Best Western hotel will be built on the east side of Harwood Av. N. at Keensford Court; it's expected to be a six-storey facility with 107 guest rooms. On Beck Crescent next to the Hilton Garden Inn, a Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott will be built, which will include a 37,000 square-foot banquet hall. Both are expected to be open by the summer of 2020.
