Images Of Suspected Thieves Released

Photos have been released by Durham Regional Police in hopes of identifying two suspects believed to be responsible for the theft of gift cards stolen after a break-and-enter at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Uxbridge. The theft occurred at the church on Toronto St. S. on March 12th or 13th, and the suspects were observed using the stolen cards at grocery stores in Ajax, Whitby, and Oshawa. Both men are white and in their 40's. The first man had short brown hair, a dark jacket with a tan collar and tan pants, and prescription glasses; the second had short hair, a goatee, and a medium build, and was wearing a hooded Under Armour sweater and dark pants. The getaway vehicle is believed to be a red Dodge Chrysler. The surveillance images can be seen at www.drps.ca under newsroom.
