Striking faculty at Ontario's 24 community colleges will be forced to vote in a final offer from the Employer Council. It will be conducted via a supervised ballot from the Ontario Labour Relations Board. The Employer Council has also asked that the strike be suspended while the vote is organized, a process that could take up to ten days. OPSEU officials are saying that picket lines will be staying up. The strike is now into it's 4th week.
