A new study claims that those who consume high amounts of low-fat dairy could have a higher risk of developing Parkinson's disease. A 34% increase was found among those who have three servings or more a day compared to those who have less than a serving. In addition, those who drank more than a serving a day of skim or low-fat milk had a 39% higher risk than those consuming less than a serving per week. The research involved nearly 130,000 people who were studied over a period of 25 years.
