The US Department of Homeland Security told Congress yesterday that US some visitors may be required to hand over all of their social media passwords before entering the country. Department Secretary John Kelly said that the measure was one of several being considered to vet refugees and VISA applicants from seven Muslim-majority countries. Kelly told the House Homeland Security Committee, "We want to get on their social media, with passwords - What do you do? What do you say? If they don't want to cooperate, then you don't come in."
